The Free Spirit RV Rental Service
Free Spirit RV provides quality luxury American RV’s with all the comforts you would expect to be surrounded by at home or hotel but right on the spot at the destination or event of your choosing in UK or Europe. We are very experienced RVers ourselves having participated in motorsport throughout Europe for many years.
Your RV
Our vehicles have up to three slide outs which maximises the living, dining, cooking and sleeping areas so that you can relax in your own living room or office with family, friends or business guests. We can provide you with the perfect base from which to enjoy your event or travel destination no matter how remote. Our RVs are equipped with on board diesel generators, satellite TV, LPG gas heating, gas and electric water heating and air conditioning.
Sleeping
Sleep up to six adults or children. Each RV has a full size double bedroom providing complete privacy and comfort for two adults plus two cosy double beds situated in the living area suitable for good friends or children. There is a wardrobe and plenty of storage space for clothes and sundry items.
Bathroom facilities
Full size fully equipped private shower, basin and flushing toilet with ample hot and cold running water. Basins can be found in the master bedrooms in the Excursion models.
Cooking and eating
A fully equipped kitchen in the living area makes entertaining family or guests simple and easy with a large double fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave and double sink at your disposal. Sit outside under the stars or under the exterior awning and enjoy cooking a BBQ that can be provided when previously arranged. Cutlery, glassware, crockery, cooking equipment and utensils are provided. There is plenty of storage space for food etc etc. A full inventory of equipment is available on request.
Relax and unwind
RVs are wonderful stress busters. Sit back and unwind in the big comfortable seat of your choice with a glass of wine and watch your favourite channel on satellite television with Dolby surround sound, watch a DVD or listen to your favourite music. If its hot turn up the air conditioning... If its cold turn up the heating. The double bedroom is equipped with its own separate TV and sound system.
Each RV rental is personalised to your individual requirements. We will discuss your detailed requirements and help you plan your stay to make everything as simple and easy as possible. We can provide freshly laundered bedding & towels for a small additional charge. If you think of anything else you may need, just ask.
Free Spirit RV will be on hand for your arrival to show you all the functionality of your RV and again to collect at the end of your stay.
How your rental works
Once your booking date has been confirmed a £500 deposit will be taken. At this point any extra requirements should be requested or shortly afterwards.
The balance is payable six weeks prior to the start date of your hire, or at the time of booking if you book less than six weeks from the start date of your rental.
Two weeks prior to the start of your rental either Free Spirit or the hirer of the RV may wish to contact make to confirm the delivery address and requested time of arrival. Please notify us of any special passes needed in order to get access to restricted areas.
Once Free Spirit has met you at your destination a detailed instruction will be given on the functionality of the RV to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable.
Free Spirit will return at the end of your rental period to collect the keys and give the vehicle a quick inspection before returning back to base.
